School Program

Video Game Creation

LDVA participated in the Youth Fusion (Ubisoft) program for Grade 5 students in 2018-2019 school year.  Developing young talent in video game creation and programming.

The Youth Fusion program challenged students to participate in the video game creation project. In small teams, the students had to develop a video game and pass through all the game creation and promotion stages, while integrating notions from their other studies like math and history. The students benefited from regular follow-ups from Ubisoft mentors and were supported by university student coordinators trained by the studio employees.

Presently, game programming is done in-house with knowledgeable staff members and teachers introducing the students of all ages to this rapidly growing field.
